Basic PR Package – The Literally List £75
Inclusion on the monthly Literally List which we send out to 1000+ contacts and share far and wide on social media. If you use the link to share among your own social media contacts it’s a great way to build buzz, awareness etc, but also to direct potential partners, publishers, agents, readers to a dedicated ‘place’ for you and your book.
Standard PR Package - £599 (duration 2-3 weeks, please note we will not be working every day on your campaign during this period but we will respond to all incoming enquiries whenever they come in during and after your campaign)
1. Conversation via email/Skype/telephone to introduce the project and discuss goals.
2. Creation of an author profile on LiterallyPR.com (will be live online for at least 12 months).
3. Q&A sent to the client for completion.
4. Creation of a one page press release (usually an Advance Information Sheet designed for the media).
5. Establishment of an online ‘Press Box’ containing relevant images, the press release/AI, and an author bio page. Links to be included in all relevant emails and shared with the press. You are welcome to link to this folder from your own website/marketing materials and include our contact details as your PR representatives.
6. One set of amendments of the press release/AI following author review of first draft.
7. Distribution of the press release/AI to a targeted database. We handpick our lists for each press release by category, media angle, region etc. We do not do a mass-mailing of random contacts repeatedly for each campaign. Our journalist contacts have been built up throughout the past 10 years and are regularly updated. At least 700 unique and targeted email contacts are guaranteed for your mailing. Depending on the scope of your press release this figure is likely to be a lot higher.
8. Email follow up with the press following the first mailing of the AI.
9. A second mailing of the AI, which acts as a nudge/reminder around one week after the first.
10. Regular posting of social media posts linking to your author profile on our site, your social media pages, your book sale page, articles about you etc.

Premium PR Package - £1049 (duration 4-6 weeks, please note we will not be working every day on your campaign but we will respond to all incoming enquiries whenever they come in during and after your campaign)
